• Respond to booking-related questions and requests 
• Research options based on individual client preferences 
• Assist with reservations and confirmations 
• Review booking details for accuracy 
• Communicate updates and important information Assist with modifications and special requests 
• Maintain accurate client documentation Follow up on incomplete or outstanding items 
• Coordinate with service providers when necessary
