Coverage area: Supports all Allay Hospice branches - Brookfield, Waterford, Sheboygan, and Jackson
Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Allay Hospice is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Hospice Clinical Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality hospice care through expert clinical oversight, documentation management, and workflow coordination. This vital role ensures patients receive timely, compliant, and well-coordinated care by managing clinical processes from start of care through discharge.
