Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale federal construction and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure full compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS).
• Oversee project execution from start to closeout across multiple locations.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring excellence in performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal clients.
• Lead risk management, contract compliance, and quality assurance efforts.
• Support federal proposal and bid strategies in collaboration with BD teams.
• Drive financial performance and ensure project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in federal project management, including 5+ in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing design-build and IDIQ contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal project delivery methods.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. xhyhwjd
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
