Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to specifications and production requirements.
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Maintain production standards while meeting quality expectations.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
Previous experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding preferred.
MIG and TIG welding experience strongly preferred.
Experience operating metal fabrication and welding equipment.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
Requirements
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and welding (preferred)
MIG and TIG welding experience strongly preferred
Ability to weld various metals in multiple positions
Attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
Must be willing to complete a weld test
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to set up and operate metalworking equipment
